For the record I would not have Jardine in my top 10.
I would have included Thiago Silva ahead of him.

You could be Thiago Silva ahead of Jardine, if you wanted to show off your lack of MMA knowledge...Jardine beat Forrest Griffin who is fighting Rampage for the belt, and beat Chuck Liddell. If that doesn't put you on EVERYONE'S TOP TEN List, I don't know what does. While Thiago looks VERY impressive, and has a 12-0 record, he has beat no one of any significance (over-hype of Houston Alexander aside). I think he could be better than Jardine, but on The Franchise list, a fighter has to prove it first.

To me Keith Jardine is the Light Heavyweight equivalant to Tim Sylvia. Has he won some big fights -yes. Would you pay $70 for a card where he was the main event -doubtful.
I would be more exited about a Wanderlei - Thiago fight, than I am about Wanderlei - Jardine.

The question as to whether Jardine is a PPV draw or whether he is in a top ten are two different conversations. Jardine cannot sell a card, and neither will Rashad without Chuck Liddell. But both are top ten fighters on my Top Ten, and anyone else that is a legit MMA source.
